A two-tier playoff was adopted in 2005, replacing our original single-tier, four player playoff. In the two-tier system, the first four finishers in the regular season play for 75-80% of the prize fund, while the fifth through eigth place finishers play for the remaining 20-25%.

The playoffs are held the 15th week of the season, on the same day and at the same time as the regular season weekly session (Wed at 6pm for CBC; Sat at noon for CrownB). In the first tier, the first place finisher plays the fourth place finisher, while the second place plays the third place. The losers end up tied for third, and receive equal prize money. The winners then meet in the final, and play for the championship. In the second tier, the 5th place finisher plays the 8th, while the 6th plays the 7th. The winners then play for the consolation prize. The losers end up tied for 7th, and receive equal prize money

The prize fund varies from room to room (different greens fees), and from season to season (the number of players varies, as well as the number of games played by each).
