1. This is a weekly drop-in league. No commitment is necessary. Play as often or as little as you like.  The more you play, the better your chances of making the playoffs
2. There are three sessions per year, starting in January, May, and September.
3. Each season lasts approximately 14 weeks, followed by a playoff. 
4. Each player receives a rating commensurate with his/her ability
5. The difference in ratings is used to determine the matchup
6. Ratings change weekly based on performance (win/loss)
7. A player can compete in up to 3 games per week
8. A player can play a maximum of 17 games per season
9. A player must play 11 games per season to win prize money
10. Standings are based on the number of WINS, not on winning percentage 
11. LOSSES are first tie-breaker
12. Head to head matchup  is second tie-breaker
13. Starting in Jan, 2010, half the prize fund will be paid for a player's position in the standings at the end of the session. The other half will be paid  for the playoffs
14. The cost is $10 per match
15. There is NO league initiation fee
16.  WPA's "World Standardized Rules: 14.1 Continuous" will be followed   
17. Cue ball fouls only
