1. This is a weekly drop-in league. No commitment is necessary. Play as often or as little as you like. The more you play, the better your chances of making the playoffs
2. There are three sessions per year, starting in January, May, and September.
3. Each season lasts 14 weeks, followed by a playoff.
4. Each player receives a rating commensurate with his/her ability
5. The difference in ratings is used to determine the matchup
6. Ratings change weekly based on performance (win/loss)
7. A player can compete in up to 3 games per week
8. A player can play a maximum of 17 games per season
9. A player must play 11 games per season to win prize money
10. Standings are based on WINS only
11. LOSSES count only as tie-breakers
12. The cost is $10 per match
13. There is NO league initiation fee
14. WPA's "World Standardized Rules: 14.1 Continuous" will be followed
